About.com is a great old site that pays huge money for a great writer like you , as a new writer you can earn about 500 dollar every month but if you great enough , you can earn up to 6000 dollar  a month , I don’t think this is small number , right ?

Blog for many years didn’t make me realize about how important hosting is. In this few weeks I realized that my blog have a problem with the hosting I am using. It feel so slow when I try to access my wordpress dashboard and also got  so many email about viewing my site from my visitor. Finally I realized that traffic and script factor has ” destroy “  my hosting and got my site suspend for few days. So , let me ask your help , please answer this little simple question :

Which hosting is the best for blogging and which hosting you are using now ?

Probably its simple question for you but it’s really important for me right now and off course for most of my reader who are looking  for hosting tips.

What factor important for finding a good hosting :

Sure there is thousands of hosting out there but off course there will always a winner there. So I think we need to think about factors that can help people think before choosing a hosting . Those factors are :

Yesterday, I just got my brand new mouse called Lachesis. An excellent mouse that have all I need to help my hand maintain my job. Razer has built lot of gamer mouse for gamer and Lachesis is just one of the best one that attracted my eyes.  One day with my mouse , I have did a lot of things , this include kill more enemy on point blank game ( most of them are head shot killed ) , save my minute with razer macro function ( with this function , I can reduce clicks / type on keyboard with single macro click that programmable with razer software ).

Conclusion: razer really did a great job by created this mouse for gamer, the shape of the mouse is really fit in my hand, not really big and not too small (I call it perfect fit). With gold plated usb connector and seven foot lightweight non tangle cord, I bet you can do anything with your mouse.

January was the best month for me so far, yeah off course, I made more $ 1,500 thousands dollar than previous month (December) just because of my new membership site, supersatelittv dot com.  even I got some bad news such as earningstep traffic rank and alexa rank but I think this is because of I have to busy to earning around so didn’t have too much time to running this blog.

Why I call supersatelittv is a simple online store that using membership system, here is the map:

  1. First I have a product to sell and I put them on the download page
  2. I promote the site / product
  3. People coming and love to see what I am offering them
  4. People interest , then register to my site and send me the membership fee
  5. I check the money and activate their account so they can running to download page and download the product.

So that simple right? The great things if now I will tell you how I turn my “wordpress blogging skill “and create such of membership site in just one day.

Here is what I did last week - Prepare, start and finish

What you need to know before create a membership site is the product you want to sell; you must have a great one. It can be software, eBook, black hat tips, or anything that CAN BE UPDATE AND VERY INTERESTING. If you are asking the bold word “why I must have a product that can be update and very interesting? “That’s simple, people want to sign up if you have an interesting product and they want to pay you and be a member if the product is always updated. So that’s clear, have a product is the first step.

The next step - Find a good domain and hosting

After you have a product, you can start looking a good domain name. Try to choose a simple domain that contain the product keyword (I know choosing domain is your daily meal). Don’t forget to buy a good hosting, hostgator and masterweb is good one.

The landing page - your success start here

Sure now you have enough item to start your online store right? now the most important thing that can make sure you success or not is the landing page , I know you have read tons of eBook that telling how to create a good landing page , now it’s your time to put it on your own site.

Note: remember, landing page is really important, this is the first page where people come and see your online store.

After a landing page created , you can continue with creating another page such as : FAQ , Contact us , about us , testimonial , others.

Now is the last step - find a good plugin to build the membership system.

Remember picture above ? yeah , this is one of my project which I built for my customer but guess what , my customer re-sell the project one month after he paid $250 to me so I just bought all the project include hosting , domain and all content for only $100.

At my previous post, I have told you the basic about flipping domain. Sure that one is for noob. but now I will tell you what my friend told me about flipping domain , I mean his advanced trick which I think is a black hat way to grow up your domain In very short time.

The story goes from here - two days after the conversation

Remember one week ago in post ” make money by flipping domain ” I did some good conversation with the flipping man about flipping domain , he told me that he can easily sell  10 dollar domain for 500 dollar . But he didn’t tell me that he only need 1 - 2 month to grow a new domain before sell it on forum. Lucky me, I have another conversation with him two days after the conversation and he told me everything. Now I will tell you everything, read this carefully.

The real fact about domain that you must know:

  • Domain can be very cheap, as cheap as 10 dollar and can be very expensive. I bet you know how much www.toys .com really is?
  • A very new domain is only 10 dollar, “a very new “here mean is domain that never register before.
  • You can buy as many as you want domain name. You can choose many extensions but dot com still the best until today. But at several domain seller sites, you can buy one set domain name with more than six extensions.
  • It’s very important if you know how to choose domain name, your skill is require here. If you have a good domain name then you can easier to sell it.
  • A cheap domain name can suddenly be very expensive in a very short time, remember domain name that using Michael Jackson name. The domain was at regular price before Michael Jackson is dead and become very “GOLD “after he’s dead.
  • Flipping domain is different with flipping site with domain or blog with domain, flipping domain is easier.
  • Every single domain has their own price, it depend on the meaning and character. But people are crazy about domain with nice stats today. Such as page rank, alexa rank, backlink and others.
  • Old domain is more valuable than new one. So if you are domain collector then you have a bigger chance to rich

So based on the fact , the “flipping man ” told me that he use several blackhat way to make a cheap domain become very expensive and ready for sell in very short time , read this :

  1. New Domain is really cheap, so buy it as many as you want. If you are planning to buy domain for store, brand and people name then buy them at once. Example:  if you are planning to buy “premiumphone “as domain name then buy it with all extension such as. Com, net, us, co.cc, org and others. You can easily do this at godaddy.com, they always have a nice offer if you want to buy a bunch domain like that.
  2. If you think that a name can be very popular at the future than you can buy and save them for later . Remember, old domain is more valuable than new one.. I  think service name is really good if you want to save some domain.
  3. First step to grow your domain :  YOU MUST HAVE A BIG HOSTING TO GROW YOUR DOMAIN . Create one blog for one domain  , use auto blog to auto grow them and link them between one and other.
  4. Second step to grow your domain : create site map for your domain at Google, submit your domain to all search engine using free service from www.mypagerank.net
  5. Buy one site or domain or at list link from site that have a good page rank to help all new domain get index on search engine especially Google.
  6. To increase the alexa rank , buy cheap traffic from eBay . It’s very cheap , you can get 100.000 traffic with 20 dollars , if you don’t want to spend any money then join traffic exchange and spread the traffic to all domains. You must have at least lower than 1000.000 alexa ranking before you can sell it
  7. Link exchange can help to boost your domain and ranking as well , try to connect with other friend , ask a link exchange , tell them that you already put their link on your site , tell them how much you love their site and don’t forget to ask a link back for your domain.
  8. If your domain already has nice stats , then go to digitalpoint forum , sell your domain  but don’t forget to include all the best stats of your domain to the buyer .

Well , my friend told me a lot that day . I will try to remember the rest of them and once I got them in my mind , I will publish the second part of how to make money by flipping domain with black hat style.

Conclusion : buying and selling domain is totally easy if you know how and honestly I will try this one day , after all my project has finish. My friend make at least 3000 dollar every month and he do it with glass of coffee on the table.

Most people think that make money online need a blog. You might one of them that think about join paid to review site like review me, pay per post, sponsored review to make a little dollar. But based on what I know, only 10% can really make money from those paid to review site.

I have tried some of projects already and most of them are easy to handle. I even didn’t find any difficult to make them accept me as a writer. If you want to try bukisa, I have little tips for you:

  2. If you have understand what they want. Now it’s the time to think about yourself, is your writing skill good enough for the project? Is your English fluent enough? Understanding yourself will make sure you get the project.
